newThe Sport is the newest and sportiest member of the Wolverine RMAX2 family. The 999 cc parallel-twin engine delivers 108 hp and revs to 8,500 rpm. D-Mode lets you choose between Sport for open terrain, Trail for relaxed riding and Crawl for technical low-speed work. Yamaha gives a 10-year warranty on the drive belt of the Ultramatic transmission.
The suspension has a sporty setup: FOX 2.0 piggyback shocks with adjustable high- and low-speed compression and adjustable preload, giving 361 mm of travel at the front and 429 mm at the rear. Add to that 350 mm of ground clearance and 30-inch GBC Terra Master tyres on beadlock wheels. Turf mode unlocks the rear differential, for a tighter turning circle and less damage to grass.
The interior has soft, stitched seat covers in Yamaha Blue, an adjustable passenger grab handle, blue ambient lighting and a centre-mounted rear-view mirror. The electric power steering has three settings. The tilting cargo bed carries 272 kg and you can tow up to 907 kg, so it is ready for work too. Available in blue, unregistered or with an agricultural registration (T).
