newThe Talaria Sting L1e combines a lightweight forged 6061 aluminium frame with an air-cooled mid-drive motor. It delivers 3 kW nominal and 3.5 kW peak, with 34 Nm of peak torque and 284 Nm at the rear wheel. Torque is available instantly and the gear drive with chain runs extremely quietly. Weighing 68 kg including the battery, the Sting is very easy to manoeuvre.
Thanks to its moped registration (L1e), you can ride the Sting legally on public roads, with a top speed of 45 km/h and an AM licence. The 60V 38.4Ah battery (approx. 2.3 kWh) with LG 21700 cells gives a range of at least 70 km at 40 km/h. Regeneration is adjustable in four levels via the LED multifunction display.
With 260 mm of ground clearance, a hydraulic front fork, an off-road rear shock and CST tyres on 19-inch wheels, the Sting is built for unpaved trails; it climbs slopes of up to 45 degrees. Seat height is 840 mm and the maximum load is 100 kg. LED lighting is standard and the Sting is finished in black.
