newThe Ranger XP 1000 Premium is all about power, for sportier off-road riding and more productivity on the job. The 999 cc ProStar DOHC twin works with the Gen 2 transmission, and three throttle response modes let you match the engine to the task or the ride. The speed limiter is easily set via the instrument panel.
On 29-inch eight-ply Pro Armor X-Terrain tyres and 14-inch aluminium wheels, the XP stands tall: ground clearance is 36 cm. Downhill, the Engine Braking System and Active Descent Control keep your speed in hand. Switching to VersaTrac Turf mode unlocks the rear differential to spare the grass.
For work there is a 454 kg cargo bed and a tow hitch with ECE R55 ball for trailers up to 1,134 kg. Dual LED headlights with a 2,300-lumen high beam make working after dark perfectly possible. The XP 1000 Premium seats three. The colour is grey. It is available unregistered or with an agricultural registration (T).
