Underneath the camouflage is the same technology as the XP 1000 Premium, with the 999 cc DOHC twin and Gen 2 transmission.
On steep forest tracks, the Engine Braking System and Active Descent Control keep your downhill speed under control, even with a full cargo bed. That bed carries 454 kg, and the tow hitch with ECE R55 ball pulls up to 1,134 kg. Three throttle response modes let you ride extra smoothly or briskly, as you prefer.
29-inch eight-ply Pro Armor X-Terrain tyres and 36 cm of ground clearance take you deep into the terrain. On-Demand True AWD provides traction, and in VersaTrac Turf mode you unlock the rear differential to spare the ground. The Hunter Edition seats three. It is available unregistered or with an agricultural registration (T).
