newThe Ranger 1000 EPS is built for people who tow and haul every day. The 999 cc ProStar twin-cylinder engine works with the Gen 2 transmission with high and low range. The tilting cargo bed carries 454 kg and the tow hitch with ECE R55 ball pulls up to 1,134 kg, so a trailer full of wood or feed is no problem.
On-Demand True AWD automatically engages front-wheel drive as soon as you need traction. The rear differential is locked for maximum traction; VersaTrac Turf mode unlocks it, so you spare the lawn or turf when turning. High-output electric power steering keeps steering light, even with a full bed and in tough terrain.
With 26-inch tyres on 12-inch aluminium wheels and 31.75 cm of ground clearance, you make good progress in rough terrain too. A large steel front bumper and a full-size skid plate take the knocks. The Ranger 1000 EPS seats three. The colour is grey. It is available unregistered or with an agricultural registration (T).
