Cylinder Sleeve For 2-Stroke Engineered specifically for 2-Stroke high-RPM powersports applications Scavenging, transfer, and exhaust ports come factory pre-profiled to preserve exact original manufacturer timing parameters Centrifugally spun-cast Chrome-Moly Alloy (200 Brinell hardness) for superior heat dissipation and ring wear life Supplied semi-finished; must be finish-bored and honed after installation to match the exact clearance specifications of the replacement piston Inside diameter must be bored and honed to size piston after installation. Original block has a cast-in sleeve liner in the cylinder.
The cylinder must be bored out to accept the new cylinder sleeve.
The cast-in liner will be bored completely out of the cylinder.
Do not try to push out the cast-in liner, cylinder damage
may be the result.
For liquid cooled engine.
