Cylinder Sleeve For 4-StrokeQuality replacement cylinder sleeves give old cylinders new life Centerless grinding of the outside diameters provides for perfect roundness Exact size is controlled by rigid inspection of one-half thousandth of an inch Cylinder resleeving available through vendor Inside diameter must be bored and honed to size piston after installation. Sportsman - CI (Cast-In Liner - Partial Removal): The original cylinder barrel has a cast-in iron liner fused inside the aluminum. The inside of that factory iron layer must be bored out to accept the new sleeve, but the original factory liner must not be completely removed. The new sleeve is engineered to seat cleanly right inside that remaining iron jacket.
Scrambler - Type AC (Alloy-Chrome / Nikasil): Factory aluminum cylinder has a thin plated coating. The original bore must be precisely machined out to accept this iron sleeve press-fit upgrade.
