Cylinder Sleeve For 2-Stroke Engineered specifically for 2-Stroke high-RPM powersports applications Scavenging, transfer, and exhaust ports come factory pre-profiled to preserve exact original manufacturer timing parameters Centrifugally spun-cast Chrome-Moly Alloy (200 Brinell hardness) for superior heat dissipation and ring wear life Supplied semi-finished; must be finish-bored and honed after installation to match the exact clearance specifications of the replacement piston Inside diameter must be bored and honed to size piston after installation. Type AC (Alloy-Chrome / Nikasil): Factory aluminum cylinder has a thin plated coating. The original bore must be precisely machined out to accept this iron sleeve press-fit upgrade.
