newThe Iron Baltic Flail Mower 18 hp is the most powerful recoil-start version in the flail mower range. Its own 18 hp Briggs & Stratton Vanguard V2 engine drives the rotor, so you can mow large, overgrown grassland and verges with your ATV, UTV or small tractor. Working width is 1.15 m, working speed 2 to 10 km/h.
To match the bigger engine, the mower has an uprated, German-made heavy-duty clutch system that copes better with peak loads in dense growth. Y-blades are fitted as standard for rough cutting; optional hammer blades give a finer finish. Cutting height is easily set from 0 to 120 mm, and an anti-scalp rear roller protects the turf.
The working position adjusts from directly behind to beside your vehicle, so you can also take in edges and banks. To move to the next field, you quickly set it to transport position. The mower is delivered pre-assembled and filled with oil in a steel transport crate. An electric-hydraulic height adjuster is available as an option.
