newThe Traxter HD7 is the basic version of the Traxter, Can-Am's work side-by-side for livestock, farming, hunting and utility work. It uses the Rotax ACE 650 cc single-cylinder engine with 52 hp and 57 Nm. This engine needs no break-in period, no early servicing and no regular valve adjustments, and it runs quieter with less vibration.
The pDrive CVT with engine braking and electronic Hill Descent Control keep your speed in check on descents. With the speed limiter you set your own maximum speed, handy when sowing, spraying or moving loads. Besides 2WD and 4WD, the rear differential has a turf mode. The Traxter tows up to 1,134 kg and the cargo box carries 454 kg.
Compared with the XU HD7, this version is more simply equipped: no power steering or winch, 27-inch Maxxis Coronado tyres on 14-inch steel wheels and a central skid plate. You still get a steel front bumper, 28 cm of ground clearance, a 7.6-inch digital display and a VERSA-PRO bench for three people with an adjustable driver's seat. Available in green, unregistered or with an agricultural registration (T).
