newThe XT-P is the sportiest Outlander 1000R, suited to fast trails as well as heavy work. The Rotax 999 cc V-twin delivers 101 hp and 93.5 Nm of torque and tows up to 830 kg. With the Work, Standard and Sport riding modes you choose how sharply the engine responds, and intelligent engine braking (iEB) keeps descents under control.
This version runs on piggyback FOX 1.5 PODIUM QS3 gas shocks that you can adjust to terrain and load. Suspension travel is 27.4 cm at the front and 30.5 cm at the rear, with a front sway bar and 30.5 cm of ground clearance. If you want suspension that adapts to the terrain automatically, choose the XT-P 1000R with Smart-Shox; it also has a 10.25-inch touchscreen.
Standard equipment includes ABS, three-mode power steering (DPS), a 7.6-inch digital display and an HD3500 winch rated at 1,588 kg with synthetic rope. Heavy-duty bumpers, a full skid plate and sport hand guards on the tapered aluminium handlebar protect the ATV. 27-inch XPS Trail King 2 tyres sit on 14-inch aluminium beadlock wheels. Finished in dark blue with orange, unregistered or with an agricultural registration (T).
