newAt Can-Am, XT stands for extra factory equipment. The XT 1000 comes standard with a Can-Am HD3500 winch rated at 1,588 kg with synthetic rope, heavy-duty front and rear bumpers, hand guards and a full skid plate. On the 10.25-inch touchscreen you use the built-in GPS with group ride function and navigation via BRP GO!, and software updates are downloaded over Wi-Fi.
In the 1000, the Rotax 999 cc V-twin with double overhead camshafts delivers 82 hp and 89.5 Nm. With Work, Standard and Sport modes and Intelligent Engine Braking (iEB), you can set the ATV up for towing or a brisk ride. Three-mode Dynamic Power Steering (DPS) keeps steering light and ABS ensures controlled braking, even on loose surfaces.
With 27.4 cm of front travel, 30.5 cm at the rear and 30.5 cm of ground clearance, the XT 1000 rides comfortably over forest tracks, field edges and unpaved roads. It runs on 26-inch XPS Trail King 2 tyres on 14-inch aluminium wheels and has a phone compartment with USB-C charger. This is the single-seat version, available unregistered or with an agricultural registration (T). Colour: red.
