newAt Can-Am, MAX stands for two seats. At 258.9 cm, the MAX XT 1000 is considerably longer than the single-seat XT 1000 (229.1 cm). The passenger has dedicated raised footrests and adjustable grab handles. Thanks to the Convertible Rack System (CRS), you quickly turn the passenger seat into an extra cargo rack when riding alone.
XT means extra factory equipment: a Can-Am HD3500 winch rated at 1,588 kg with synthetic rope, heavy-duty front and rear bumpers, hand guards, handlebar wind deflectors and a full skid plate. You also get ABS, Brake Traction Control (BTC) and three-mode Dynamic Power Steering (DPS) as standard, which keeps steering light, even with a passenger.
The Rotax 999 cc V-twin delivers 82 hp and 89.5 Nm, with Work, Standard and Sport modes and Intelligent Engine Braking (iEB). The 10.25-inch touchscreen has built-in GPS. Also included: 30.5 cm of ground clearance, a phone compartment with USB-C charger and 26-inch XPS Trail King 2 tyres on 14-inch aluminium wheels. Available unregistered or with an agricultural registration (T). Colour: red.
