newAt Can-Am, MAX stands for two seats. The MAX DPS 1000 is 251.7 cm long and gives your passenger a dedicated seat with raised footrests and adjustable grab handles. When riding alone, the Convertible Rack System (CRS) quickly turns the passenger seat into an extra cargo rack. That makes it suitable for rides for two as well as for work.
The Rotax 999 cc V-twin delivers 82 hp and 89.5 Nm, plenty for a passenger and a load. With Work, Standard and Sport riding modes you tailor the power, and Intelligent Engine Braking (iEB) helps you downhill. Three-mode Dynamic Power Steering (DPS) keeps steering light, and ABS and Brake Traction Control (BTC) come as standard.
The arched double A-arms provide 27.4 cm of travel at the front and 30.5 cm at the rear, with 30.5 cm of ground clearance. You also get LED lighting, a full skid plate, a 7.6-inch digital display, a phone compartment and 26-inch tyres on 14-inch aluminium wheels. The MAX DPS 1000 is available in grey, unregistered or with an agricultural registration (T).
