newWith six driven wheels, the Outlander 6x6 has far more grip than a regular ATV, especially in mud, on slopes and with heavy loads. At the back is a cargo bed with a 454 kg payload and cargo space on two levels, with up to 275 litres of storage in total. With 830 kg of towing capacity, even a heavy trailer is no problem.
The 1000 has the Rotax 999 cc V-twin with 82 hp and 89.5 Nm, considerably stronger than the single cylinder of the 6x6 DPS 700. The pDrive CVT is calibrated for work and has an extra-low range for crawling with heavy loads. You switch between 4WD and 6WD yourself, the Visco-Lok QE front differential locks automatically and you get three riding modes, Intelligent Engine Braking and a speed limiter.
DPS stands for Dynamic Power Steering, so this long ATV steers lightly even in tight corners. At the front, oversized dual 252 mm discs do the braking. It also has 30.5 cm of ground clearance, a 7.6-inch digital display, D.E.S.S. anti-theft security, a full skid plate and 28-inch tyres on 14-inch aluminium wheels. Available unregistered or with an agricultural registration (T). Colour: grey.
