newThe difference from the standard X rs is the suspension. Smart-Shox uses FOX 2.5 PODIUM shocks at the front and 3.0 PODIUM shocks at the rear, with bypass and Live Valve Gen 3. This semi-active suspension adapts to the terrain automatically, for more grip and stability and a smoother ride over rough ground. Travel is 63.5 cm at the front and 66 cm at the rear.
The Maverick R is Can-Am's flagship, with the most advanced dual-clutch transmission (DCT) in the industry and launch control. The turbocharged Rotax 999 cc three-cylinder engine delivers 240 hp. The 7-speed DCT with high and low range shifts in just 0.2 seconds without interrupting drive, and three drive modes, including Sport+ with anti-lag, let you set its character.
Otherwise the equipment matches the X rs: a 10.25-inch touchscreen with front and rear cameras, built-in GPS with offline group ride function, three-mode power steering (DPS), a full hard roof, premium half doors and 4-point harnesses. It rides on 32-inch ITP tyres with 16-inch beadlock wheels and has 43.2 cm of ground clearance. Available in grey with orange, unregistered or with an agricultural registration (T).
