newThe DS 250 is intended for young riders aged 14 and up who are ready for something bigger. With a liquid-cooled 250 cc four-stroke single-cylinder engine and a larger chassis, it is the final step towards an adult ATV. The automatic CVT with forward, neutral and reverse means no shifting and no need to get off to reverse.
The standard speed limiter lets you keep the speed under control while experience and confidence grow. Starting is done with an electric start button, with a kick starter as back-up. The double A-arm front suspension, derived from the larger ATVs, has 14 cm of travel; the rear swingarm has 17 cm. The front and rear shocks have adjustable spring preload.
The DS 250 also has headlights, a tail light with brake light and 26 cm of ground clearance under the centre of the ATV. It weighs 195 kg and has a 12.5-litre tank. The DS 250 is available in black with red and is supplied unregistered.
