Cylinder Sleeve For 2-Stroke Engineered specifically for 2-Stroke high-RPM powersports applications Scavenging, transfer, and exhaust ports come factory pre-profiled to preserve exact original manufacturer timing parameters Centrifugally spun-cast Chrome-Moly Alloy (200 Brinell hardness) for superior heat dissipation and ring wear life Supplied semi-finished; must be finish-bored and honed after installation to match the exact clearance specifications of the replacement piston Inside diameter must be bored and honed to size piston after installation. Type CS (Cast-In Sleeve): Factory block features a thick cast iron sleeve set directly into the aluminum from the manufacturer. The old cast iron layer must be bored out to accept the clean press-fit iron replacement.
Do not try to push out the cast-in liner, cylinder damage may be the result.
For liquid cooled engine.
