Cylinder Sleeve For 2-Stroke Engineered specifically for 2-Stroke high-RPM powersports applications Scavenging, transfer, and exhaust ports come factory pre-profiled to preserve exact original manufacturer timing parameters Centrifugally spun-cast Chrome-Moly Alloy (200 Brinell hardness) for superior heat dissipation and ring wear life Supplied semi-finished; must be finish-bored and honed after installation to match the exact clearance specifications of the replacement piston Inside diameter must be bored and honed to size piston after installation. Original cylinder bore is alloy-chrome plated, Nikasil, or electrofused.
The cylinder must be bored to accept the new cylinder sleeve.
For liquid cooled engine.
